HCK Running to your Goals We all have goals, and many involve getting in better shape and losing a few pounds. The best way to do that is by having a goal. HCK wants to reward you for reaching your goal. Choose your goal, a half marathon, full marathon or jump into the deep end by completing a century run, 100 miles. All you have to do is run or walk at your own pace and log the miles. When you reach your goal, we will send you a completion medal.
